Hidden Veil
A tale of a waterfall tucked deep in the wilderness. Following animal tracks that wound through gullies and along ridge spines, we eventually found ourselves bushwhacking through dense, rain-soaked vine maple, moss, and towering conifers. The forest was alive with moisture and the smell of earth. Then, we heard it—the distant murmur of falling water. We pressed on, the sound growing louder, until the forest parted to reveal this spectacular bridal veil waterfall cascading through the green.
The vertical composition felt instinctive, allowing me to showcase the entire flow—from the dramatic falls in the background to the rushing streams that threaded through the mossy foreground. The water's motion connected every element of the scene, leading the eye through layers of texture and detail.
